Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients
................ 350 g
Powdered sugar ....... 150 g
Beef tallow ................ 250 g
Egg .......................... 1 pcs.
Dried cranberries ...... 125 g

Cooking time: about 8 minutes
Steps

Prepare all the materials and ingredients, soften the butter at room
temperature until you can easily rub a hole but it can't melt into liquid;

Sift the powdered sugar into the softened butter and mix them with a
scraper;

Beat the eggs and add the egg mixture to the butter batter in two
batches, mixing well with a whisk;

Add the chopped dried cranberries to the butter paste and mix well;

Shape the blended ingredients into molds and refrigerate for at least
2 hours;

Remove the frozen ingredients, cut them into slices with the about
proof paper, making sure to leave a gap between each piece of cook-
ie, otherwise, the cookies will swell and stick together in the baking;

Put the baking tray into the oven, adjust the temperature to 170
and bake for about 8 minutes.
