3. SETUP
● Windows® 10 setup procedure
Perform the following procedure to set up Windows® 10.
1. Turn on the power to this equipment.
Windows starts running and setup is prepared.
• This might take several minutes. Please wait until it completes.
• After the OS restarts, setup will continue.
2. A window to select the language to be used will appear.
• Select the language you want to use and click the Yes button.
3. A window to select the region where you live will appear.
• Select your region and click the Yes button.
< NOTE >
The default time zone of this equipment is set to "Osaka, Tokyo, and Sapporo".
After setup finishes, if you change the time zone, the system time of this equipment
will be adjusted for the time difference with the "Osaka, Tokyo, and Sapporo" time
zone.
4. A window to confirm the keyboard layout will appear.
• Confirm the displayed keyboard layout and click the Yes button.
5. A window to add a second keyboard layout will appear.
• If you need to add a keyboard layout, click the Add layout button, select the keyboard
layout you want to use, and then click the Next button.
• If you do not need to add a keyboard layout, click the Skip button.
6. A window to connect to the network will appear.
• Click the Skip for now button.
• The window will change. Click the No button.
• The OS will restart, and then setup will continue.
If you select English in step 2, proceed to step 8 without restarting.
7. After the OS restarts, the window to connect to the network will appear again.
• Click the Skip for now button.
• The window will change. Click the No button.
• Click the No button.
8. The Windows 10 License Agreement window will appear.
• Check the description and then click the Accept button.
9. The Who's going to use this PC? window will appear.
• Enter a username in the Name field, and then click the Next button.
