Repair Action
Replace Base
Replace Foot
Replace Bowl
Replace Beater
Replace or use a dead
blow hammer and tap
the bowl support to
straighten
Adjust bowl
height(pg.32)
Use Lubriplate to lube
slides
Replace Column
Replace Bowl Clip
Replace or use Dead
Blow Hammer to
straighten
Replace control board.
Change Planetary/
Change grease
Change Lower Housing
and all grease
Check grease/change
grease and gears
Replace Motor
Turn to the off position
and wait 15 minutes for
unit to reset.
Replace Planetary
Inspect all gears for
damage and clean all
grease out and put fresh
grease in
If broke off replace
transmission Housing
and drill old pins out of
lower housing
