Destination Input and
Route Search
Once you have input your destination, the system will search the best
route for you to reach the destination.
Desired destinations can be
selected among these 6 categories:
¢ Addresses
* Intersections
¢ POI (Point of Interest) categories (hotels, airport, etc.)
¢ History (Recent destinations)
« Destinations stored in your point memory
¢ Destinations selected directly from the map display
To input a destination selected from addresses, intersections, you can
search if by street name, city name, or postal code. Enter the necessary
alphanumeric characters as described below.
The planned route may not always take you to your destination in
the shortest time or avoid highways as it takes the road and traffic
situation into account.
