Entering a Destination by Postal Code

Select [Address] by moving the joystick, and press
1 Press DEST to open the [Select Destination] menu.
ENTER.
Enter the postal code of your destination (= page
23), and press ENTER.

=» The [Select Street] menu opens with a list of

street names for the postal code you entered.
2 Select [Postal Code], and press ENTER.
Select the street closest to your destination, and press ENTER,
and select END.

* Shortest Time:
The route to reach the destination in the shortest time will
be searched for.
* Avoid Motorway:
Exclude motorways from route search.
* Map:
The vicinal area of the selected street directly from map display.
5 Select any of the following routing methods:
(When you select [Map], a map of the vicinity of the selected street is dis-
played. Use the crosshairs cursor to select your destination.)
* Select [Marked Point] on the list if you want to register the point you have
just searched for.
