Input/Output Facilities

Headphone/External Speaker Port — This port lets you
plug in headphones or external speakers.

Line-In — This port lets you use another audio system,
like a home stereo, as an input source. Use a cable to
connect to the Line-Out port on the other audio system
to record or play.

Microphone Port — This port lets you plug in an
external microphone.

Line-Out — This port lets the MediaDock act as an
input source for another audio system. Connect this port
to a Line-In port on another audio system to play or
record.

PS/2-type Keyboard Port — Lets you add an external
keyboard.

PS/2-type Mouse Port — Lets you add an external
mouse.

Joystick/(MIDI) port — If you are using a joystick, or
MIDI device, install the device in this port.

Serial Port — Use this port to install any serial
(RS232-C) devices.

Parallel Port — Use this port to install a parallel device,
like a parallel printer.

External CRT Port — Use this port to install an external
monitor.

Power Cable Port — The power cable port lets you
connect the power cord to the MediaDock 2000 and AC
power.
