The next illustration shows inside the side panel
of the SuperScript 1260N model with a memory
module installed.
Please note:
• Use only 1 MB, 4 MB or 16 MB industry
standard 72 -pin SIMMs.
• If the printer is directly connected, the printer
driver will see the additional RAM automati-
cally and information will show up on the
Accessories tab of the Windows printer status
monitor (after clicking on Printer Setup).
• If the printer is not directly connected, use the
Printer Setup on the Accessories tab to tell the
driver about the additional memory.

Interface Card (NIC) part # 1266, refer to
the "SuperScript 1260 Network Printer
Configuration Guide".
