Clearing a Jam in the Toner
Cartridge Area
A sheet of paper jammed between the toner
cartridge and the paper exit.
1. Open the top cover and remove the toner
cartridge.
2. Look for a sheet of paper protruding from the
fuser.
Removing Jammed Paper
Note: Do not touch the fuser it is very
hot. Read and obey the warning label that
is attached to the fuser.
3. Firmly but carefully pull the sheet of paper
out of the fuser and out of the printer.
4. Reinstall the toner cartridge.
5. Close the top cover.
