Possible Cause
Ensure CAM is receiving power. Ensure mobile computer is
attached correctly. Confirm main battery is charging. If a mobile
computer battery is fully depleted, it can take up to four hours to
fully recharge a battery (if the mobile computer is off and longer
if the mobile computer is operating).
For Windows Mobile 5.0 devices, view battery status by tapping
Start
For Windows CE 5.0 devices, view battery status by tapping
Start
Verify that other batteries charge properly. If so, replace the
faulty battery.
Detach and re-attach the CAM to the mobile computer, ensuring
it is firmly connected.
Re-attach mobile computer to CAM and retransmit.
See the System Administrator.
Perform setup as described in the MC909X Integrator Guide.
Ensure that Microsoft ActiveSync 4.1 or greater is installed on
the host computer.
Possible Cause
Re-attach mobile computer to MSR and reswipe the card.

computer.
Ensure the MSR application is configured correctly.
