To add fonts, sounds, or graphics to your Velo 500
1 Connect your Velo 500 to your desktop computer, and
start Windows CE Services.
2 On your desktop computer, drag the file(s) to the
Windows folder on your Velo 500.
Note Because fonts, sounds, and graphics can use up valuable storage
memory, you should add only the files you need and delete those that
you don't use.

Removing programs

You can free up storage memory on your Velo 500 by removing
programs you don't use or don't need. Programs you've installed
can be removed by using the Remove Programs control panel;
however, you cannot remove the pre-installed programs that came
with your Velo 500 and are stored
in ROM.
To remove software from your Velo 500
1 On the Start menu, point to Settings, and tap Control
Panel.
2 Double-tap the Remove Programs icon.
3 Select the program you want to remove from the list.
4 Tap Remove.

Quick Start keys

Velo 500 Quick Start keys enable you to start your favorite
programs at the touch of a button. By default, the Quick Start
keys are assigned to the most common Velo 500 programs, but
you can reassign the keys to start any program or open any file
using the Quick Start control panel.
To start a program with a Quick Start key
On the keyboard, hold down the
