Press a or b until you find the E-mail address you want to add to the group.

Press the E-mail address and then OK.

Press OK.

Change a Group

You can rename a group, add an E-mail address to a group or delete an E-mail address from a group.

Press d or c to display to E-mail Server.

Press to E-mail Server, Address Book and then Edit.

Press a or b to display Change.

Press Change.

Press a or b until you find the group you want to change.

Press the group name.

Do one of the following:
 If you want to rename the group, go to step h.
 If you want to add an E-mail address to the group, go to step j.
 If you want to delete an E-mail address from the group, go to step j.

Press Name. The software keyboard will appear on the LCD.

Enter a new group name. Go to step n.

Press a or b to display Add/Delete.

Press Add/Delete.
l
Press a or b until you find the E-mail address you want to add or delete.
m
Press the E-mail address.
n
Press OK.
o
Press OK.

Delete a Group

a
Press d or c to display to E-mail Server.
b
Press to E-mail Server, Address Book and then Edit.
