Problem
The TV does

Audio and
video cables
are switched
The camera is
set to the wrong
TV format.
TV is not set to
correct input
mode.
The date and/
or time was set
incorrectly or
the time zone
has changed.
A slow memory
card or too
many images
on a card can
affect actions
like scrolling
through
images,
magnifying,
deleting, etc.
Solution
Try switching the audio and video
cables on the back of the TV (the
red and yellow connectors on the
cable from the camera or dock to
the TV).
Change the
TV Configuration
setting to the opposite of what it is
currently set (page 89).
Check the TV user's manual to set
the TV to accept
mode.
Reset the date and time by using
the
Date & Time
Setup
menu (page 87).
Run the camera self-diagnostic
test (page 113) to test the speed
of your memory card.
