If State is DisCon check the COM settings using [Set Up] and confirm that they are correct.
If State remains at DisCon check that the wire from the MSR to the main PWB is properly
connected.
NOTE:
The State MUST be Connect to Read from or Write to the MSR.
If using the MSR as a keyboard interface device (MSR2KBD) the re-direction must be
Disabled temporarily to connect for Read / Write activity..
G. Data Write
1. After making changes to the MSR settings they must be sent (written) to the MSR
device controller
