Turning the Power Off

The power turns off if the unit is not operated for 15 consecutive minutes (auto power off) or the
power turns off as follows.
Refer to "Setting the auto "power-off" time" on page 61 to change the auto power off
time.

The status lamps (green) flash from right to left and the "Shut down automatically in
10 sec." screen displays.

Wait 10 seconds or press
• Select [Cancel] to stop turning the power off.

After the status lamps (green) flash from right to left, confirm that the lamps and
power turn off.
Once the power turns off, the screen turns white.
• By configuring the settings in "Configuring the screen pattern when powered off"
on page 62, the power can be turned off while displaying a content page. However,
this will shorten the battery life.
• When the battery is empty or high temperatures are detected, the power turns off
with a white display.
