[Menu] Screen on the Content Display

When the [Menu] screen appears on the content display, convenient functions are available, i.e.
jump to pages, bookmark pages, rate contents, etc.
The file name when the [Menu] screen appears is also displayed.

Closes the [Menu] screen and displays the source content page.
Returns to the Top folder and displays the list in the Top folder.
