Configuring Quick Startup

Configures the startup method the power is turned on.
[Normal Startup] (Default)
: The startup time for Normal Startup is about 5 seconds.
• Even when the setting is configured to [Normal Startup], the setting changes to
Quick Startup in the following.
When the power is turned off while the AC adapter or USB cable is connected to
the unit and then the power is turned back on to startup.
[Quick Startup]
: The startup time for Quick Startup is about 1.5 seconds.
• When the setting is configured to [Quick Startup], a small amount of power is
consumed even when the power is turned off. This will shorten the battery life.
• Even when the setting is configured to [Quick Startup], the setting changes to
Normal Startup in the following.
When the AC adapter is connected and started after the power is turned
off without the AC adapter connected
When the USB cable is connected and started after the power is turned off without
the USB cable connected

Display the [Change settings] screen.

Select [Startup options].

Configure the startup method.
