Description
Use this setting when running or jogging.
Use this setting when walking (exercising at a slow pace).
Records laps automatically when running a distance set in
advance.
Set the lap distance.
Distance: 0.1 to 10.0 mi (0.1 to 10.0 km) in increments of 0.1 mi
(0.1 km)

Automatically stops measuring when you stop running, and
resumes when you continue running.
See "Starting/stopping measuring automatically" on page 37.
Set the target time and pace range for one mile or kilometer. An
alarm sounds if you are outside the set pace range.
You can set the target pace within the following range.
Target Pace: 1'00" to 15'00"/mi or km (in increments of 1 second)
Pace Range: 00'05" to 03'00"/mi or km (in increments of 1 second)

You can measure your heart rate by wearing the optional heart
rate chest strap.

Set the alarm type and time (1 to 10 minutes).
You can also set this from Sys. Settings.
Displays the number of GPS satellites currently communicating
with the product.
You can display up to three Measurement screens. You can
change the screen pattern and the measurement items displayed
for each screen.
You can also change the Display Lap Screen.
