Possible cause
If noise continuously enters the machine, the
power will turn off.
If the temperature of the drum rotation
motor reaches a certain level, the power is
automatically turned off for safety.
Did you leave the machine paused for more
than 15 minutes?
If the drum is full (about 30 L) when you start
an operation, it will be drained before the
operation starts.
As liquid detergent and softener are added by
injecting water and creating a siphon effect,
water may remain in the detergent case.
(Installation
If the machine is not level, the siphon effect will
not occur and the water in the detergent case
will not drain properly.
If you stop a drying operation before the laundry is
completely dry, the dry filter may be wet.
If so, the dry filter may get wet.
If you leave the dry filter in a wet state, mold
growth may occur.
When the Water Cooling Mode is used, dust
is discharged together with the water used
for cooling dehumidification and may not
accumulate in the dry filter significantly.
