Monitoring Print Jobs

After you click
Print,
the Print Center. Follow these steps:
1. Click the
Print Center
of your desktop.
2. Double-click your printer (and media input) name. You see a screen like
this:
3. From here you can monitor the progress of your print job or do one of
the following:
Click the print job, then click

Click the print job, then click
•
Click a print job marked "Hold" and click

If Multiple print jobs are listed, click a print job, then click the

arrow as necessary to reorder the jobs

4. When you're finished, close the print job window, then close Print
Center.
