Operating modes

The machine can be operated in two different modes: transport mode and work mode. All commands in each of the
modes are described in this section and under the heading "Joysticks functions" in the Settings section.
Work mode
In this mode you can operate everything except the caterpillar tracks and outriggers.
Transport mode
This mode is divided into 3 submodes.
One hand: Caterpillar tracks, outriggers, tower and certain arm functions can be operated. Caterpillar tracks are fully
controlled by left joystick.
Two hand: Caterpillar tracks and outriggers can be operated. Caterpillar tracks are controlled individually with each
joystick.
Crawl: Caterpillar tracks, tower and all arm functions can be operated. Caterpillar tracks are operated by the left
joystick button. It's only possible to move straight forward or backward. Speed can be controlled with the tool speed
potentiometer.
If no controls have been used for three seconds the machine goes into idling mode. In this mode hydraulic oil is pumped
into the tank and there is no pressure in the cylinders.
If a new mode is selected while any joystick is activated, the machine will go into idle mode, where no movement is
possible. The new mode will become active when the joysticks are no longer activated.
