PROBLEM
The appliance is not
working. The indicator
light above the ON/OFF
button e fails to come on.
The appliance does not
start the cooking process.
E0 is shown on one of the
displays 0/u.
E2 is shown on one of the
displays 0/u.
E3 is shown on one of the
displays 0/u.
E4 is shown on one of the
displays 0/u.
E5 is shown on one of the
displays 0/u.
E6 is shown on one of the

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The plug is not connected.
The appliance is damaged.
There is no vessel on the
respective hob 1/2.
The vessel is not suitable
for induction hobs.
There is no vessel on the
respective hob 1/2.
The temperature sensor
beneath the hob 1/2 is
defective or there is a short
circuit.
The appliance is being
supplied with too much
voltage (>270 V).
The appliance is not being
supplied with enough voltage
(<150 V).
The appliance has overheated.

POSSIBLE
SOLUTIONS
Connect the appliance to
a mains power socket.
Contact the Customer
Service department.
Place a suitable vessel on
the respective hob 1/2.
Use a suitable vessel
(see the "Suitable
cookware" section).
