Park the machine on a level place and lower
the work equipment stably to the ground.
Stop the engine and set the lock lever to
locked position.

Release the remaining pressure from the
hydraulic circuit, referring to "Bleeding
residual pressure from hydraulic circuit" in
"Testing and adjusting."

Disconnect the negative (–) terminal of the
battery beforehand.
a The following procedure explain about "Attach-
ment and multi-pattern specifications."
a Fasten tags to respective connecters and pip-
ing for identification to prevent any mistakes
when re-installing.
1. Loosen hydraulic drain plug(1) and drain the

a When using tool D to stop oil, remove the
hydraulic tank strainer in advance.

2. Removal of exterior parts
1) Removal handrail(2)

3. Removal of solenoid valve frame
1) Disconnect hoses (5) to (12).
