Tap it to enable or disable
Bluetooth.
Tap it to set continuous
presence.
Tap it to send instant
messages to remote sites.
Tap it to query the status
of lines and input ports, as
well as call status and
conference parameters in
a conference.
View the online help.
Tap it to place a call on
hold.
The button is displayed on the right of the main menu after you join a
conference. Tap it to end the conference or remove the local site from a
conference.
NOTE
The status icons displayed on the home screen can be customized. For details, see "Customizing Onscreen
Status Icons" in the HUAWEI DP300 Desktop Presence V500R002C00 Administrator Guide.

Tap it to mute or unmute local
microphones.
Tap it to display the
conference control screen.
Tap it to display the camera
control screen.
Tap it to display the buttons of
advanced functions in the
lower middle part of the
touchscreen, including
diagnosis, address book,
conference schedule, and
settings.
NOTE
The password of the
administrator is required to
access the Advanced >
Settings screen. You can obtain
the password from the
administrator.
Tap it to display the voice
search screen.
Tap it to record a conference.
NOTE
To ensure rights of participants,
read the instructions and
suggestions for using recording
products in the latest HUAWEI
RSE6500 Security Maintenance
before using the products.
