User Guide
Step 1 Tap MutiPicture on the Conference Control screen as the chair site, and tap
continuous presence.
You can also tap
Presentation and continuous presence are displayed on the screen.
Step 2 Select the desired layout.
Step 3 Tap the video of a site, and tap a pane of continuous presence. The site video is displayed in the
pane.
If a site already exists in the pane, the site will be displaced by the site you newly select.
Step 4 Tap View to view continuous presence in full-screen mode.
You can also tap Broadcast to broadcast continuous presence to all sites.

Conference Video Layout
This function is used to set the view displayed to all sites.
On the Conference control screen, tap Conference Video Layout and select the conference
video layout.

Disable Chair Control
This function is used to disable chair control in a conference. If the chair site exists in the
conference, the chair control rights of the site are revoked forcibly.
On the Conference Control screen, tap Disable Chair Control and confirm as prompted.
Enable Chair Control
Other sites can request chair control rights only after chair control is enabled.

Voice activated, full screen: The remote sites view, in full screen, the video of the site that
generates the loudest volume.
Voice activated, in panes: The remote sites view continuous presence, with the main pane
displaying the video of the site that generates the loudest volume.
Bisect: The remote sites view, in bisect mode, the videos of the other sites. The site that
generates the louder volume is highlighted. A presentation will not be displayed in this
layout.
Fixed site, full screen: The remote sites view, in full screen, the video of a specified site.
To view a site in full screen, select it in the site list.
Fixed sites, in panes: The remote sites view continuous presence, with the main pane
displaying the video of a specified site. To add a site to the main pane, select it in the site
list.
NOTE
After you set this parameter, the viewed site views other sites in full screen or continuous presence mode.
