Revoke Presentation
After the presentation token is revoked from the chair site, the presentation being shared stops.
Tap Revoke Presentation on the Conference control screen.
Request Floor
If a non-chair site wants to speak during a conference, the site can request the floor from the
chair site.
The Request Floor operation is available when a chair site exists in the conference. After a site
requests the floor, the request is submitted to the chair site. Then the chair site can determine
whether to give the floor to the site.

Sites Requesting Floor
The chair site can use this function to view the sites that are currently requesting for the floor.
During a conference, if a non-chair selects Request Floor, the site is added to the list of sites
requesting for the floor. The chair site can select a site from the list to give the floor to the site.
Then the site is broadcast and the microphones of all the other sites (except for the chair site)
are muted.
The list of sites requesting for the floor is cleared after the chair site gives floor to a site.
Give Floor
The chair site can give the floor to a site and mute all the other sites by performing the Give
floor operation. If the chair site uses the Give floor function to give the floor to a site, the video
and audio of this site are broadcast and the microphones of all the other sites except for the chair
site are muted.
The chair site taps the video pane of a site and tap
are displayed.
To exit the Give floor mode, select Discussion on the chair site.

Locking site presentation: Tap the video pane of a site, and tap
locks the presentation rights of a site, only that site can share presentations.
Locking conference presentation: Tap Lock Conference. After the chair site locks the
conference presentation for a conference, a site can share its presentation when no other
site in the conference is doing so. After the site shares its presentation, all the other sites
are not allowed to share presentation.
The chair site can unlock the presentation sharing right of a site or a conference.
If the chair site gives the floor to the site, the site is broadcast and the microphones of all
the other non-chair sites are muted.
If the chair site does not give the floor to the site, the conference status remains unchanged.
