Description
1 = alarm source active, or safe but not ack'd
Rate-of-change alarm 'Amount'
Rate-of-change alarm 'Average time'
0 = Blocking alarms off; 1 = Blocking alarms on

Deviation alarm 'Deviation Value'
Alarm dwell time
Alarm hysteresis value
1 = alarm source safe and ack'd (if necessary)
