Removal and installation of
aftercooler assembly
Removal

Disconnect the negative (–) terminal from
the battery.
1.
Open the front cover of the aftercooler.
2.
Disconnect connector M06 (1).
3.
Disconnect hose (2) and remove reservoir tank
(3).

Disconnect hoses (4) and (5).

5.
Remove 4 mounting bolts (6) and aftercooler
assembly (7).
Installation

Carry out installation in the reverse order to
removal.

a Apply ThreeBond 2720F or equivalent to the
adapters of hoses (4) and (5).
