Expansion of track shoe
1. Set the master pin position.
a Start the engine and set the master pin posi-
tion in front side of the idler.
a Set block [1] and other necessary parts pre-
viously at bottom of the track shoe situated in
front of the idler.
2. Lower the work equipment to the ground, and
loosen lubricator (1) in order to loosen track shoe
tension.

Inner pressure of the adjustment cylinder
is extremely high. Never loosen the lubri-
cator more than one turn. If the grease
does not come out, move the machine
backwards and forwards.

3. Remove track shoe (3) on master pin (2).
4. Use tool K and remove nut (2).

5. Drive the machine gradually reverse to expand
the track shoe.
