Fibre Channel Connection (FC-AL Connection) for Windows
The following procedure explains how to connect the LT140 to a Windows server with an FC-AL connection
(direct connection to a server).

Making a Check before Starting the Procedure
Check the environment (operating system, backup software, and HBAs) of the server to be
connected to the LT140.

Change the topology setting to "Fabric (N/F)" or "Loop (L)". Set fixed values for the link speed
and the Loop ID/ALPA.
