The C examples assume you have an HP 82335A HP-IB Interface card
inside your IBM PC or compatible.

3. Making a Frequency Measurement (C)
NOTE All programming examples use the ASCII format to transfer data from the
Counter to the computer. The ASCII format is the default format when
*RST is used.
