Assembling the Floor Braces to
the Machine

Align the holes in the floor brace with the holes
that you drilled in the side and floor channels
(Figure
19).

4. Flange locknut (5/16 inch)

Assemble the floor brace to the side and floor
channels with 10 flange-head bolts (5/16 x 1
inch) and 10 flange locknuts (5/16 inch) as
shown in
Figure
3.
Torque the flange-head bolts and flange locknuts
to 19.8 to 25.4 N∙m (175 to 225 in-lb).
