・The frame of this prof Aluminum. If the installing structure of CIS in your equipment is not made of
Aluminum, oduct is made difference of thermal expansion is occurred between it and CIS when it is
used in high temperature and low temperature.
・ Strong force is occurred on the fixing point of CIS #1,#2,#3 fastened by the screws.
To avoid it, please fix it at least 2 points of 3 fixing points by LM guide etc. to absorb difference
of thermal expansion.
・ In addition, if the installing structure of CIS in your equipment is made of Aluminum and thermal
expansion coefficient is matched between CIS and installing structure of CIS in your equipment,
this counterplan is not needed.
