4. While pumping, observe the pressure increase.
5. Stop pumping, observe the pressure drop slightly, then stabilize as the float
weight closes the needle and holds pressure. The pressure should not drop
to zero.
1. Slide the carburetor into position on the engine.
2. Install the governor linkage spring.
3. Install the governor linkage onto the governor arm.
