Step 3 Check the chloroprene rubber covering the fan, and check the sealing condition around.
Step 4 Loosen screws shown by (2) in Figure 5-6, and remove the air damper from the shaft.
Step 5 Install a new air damper in the original position.

Follow-up Procedure
Dispose of the removed air damper that is confirmed faulty.
