DICUT,COND FM,FOIL,DIECUT_FOLES-THERMAL_
1. Use the Tweezers to remove the Small
Copper Foil Heat Spreader from the
carrier.
2. Use your fingers to place the Small
Copper Foil Heat Spreader over the
Copper Block as shown.
3. Use the Tweezers to remove the liner
from the Small Copper Heat Spreader.
