Check the following if you cannot connect the unit to the network.
•
If the LED (Orange) ( ) of the LAN connector is not illuminated, confirm that the
LAN cable is connected to the LAN connector of the unit correctly.
•
If the LED (Green) ( ) of the LAN connector is blinking, check the network settings
using the Network Setting Tool.

15.2.2 Configuring wireless LAN settings

As for Simple AP mode, refer to "4.3.3.1 Simple AP mode" (page 26).
1.
Start Network Setting Tool.
2.
Select [Wireless LAN (Station mode)] as the connection method for the scanner.
•
Display the current settings.

Click [Change].
4.
Select the configuration method from the following, and then configure the network settings follow the
instructions on screen.
–
[Search and Select an Access Point]
–
[Enter Wireless LAN Settings Manually]
5.
Click [OK].
