Start-up

The system is factory-set to "OFF". The system is started up as follows:
纯水机在制造厂内被设定在"关机" 状态，按着下列流程启动纯水机：
Ensure that the system has been safely and correctly connected to the water and electric power
supplies, and that the modules and the sterile filter have been installed correctly.
Place system dispenser over sink or place large container under dispenser for rinsing system.
Press the MENU key to activate the device (see Chapter 5 - System controls)
In the start selection menu, select the operating mode using the ENTER function key.
Use the arrow keys to switch the system on.
Confirm using the ENTER key.
Leave the main menu using the MENU function key.
The device is now ready for use and will start to produce Type III water and store it in the tank.
Check the operating pressure at the pressure-relief valve (see Chapter 4.9 - Setting the pressure-
relief valve)
Use the arrow keys to switch to the tank level display and wait until the tank is
Purge the dispenser and sterile filter. (Warning! Wear protective goggles as water is emitted!)
Open the purge screw on the sterile filter and open the dispenser until water flows out without
bubbles (Several tank volumes may be required to properly rinse system.)
Check the connection points for leaks
The system is ready for use.
确信纯水机处在安全状态，各供水软管连接正确、电源连接正确、过滤柱以及无菌过滤器安装完毕；
把纯水机的供水龙头放在水槽上方，或者在水龙头的 下方放置一个较大的收集容器，方便冲洗系统；
按"MENU"键，激活控制系统（参见 5 章节-系统控制）；
在可选择的菜单中，选择"Op.Mode"（运行模式），并按"ENTER"键确认；
按"↑"或者"↓"键选择"ON"；
按"ENTER"键确认，启动系统；
按"MENU"键 可以跳出主菜单界面；
此时，纯水机已经开始运行，并能生产 III 类用水，产水被收集到水箱内；
通过调节"压力阀"得到合适的供水压力（参见 4.10 章节- 压力阀的设定）；
按"↑"或者"↓"键选择液位指示画面，等待液位升至
清洗供水龙头和无菌过滤器（警告：为防止水喷溅，请带上防护眼镜），拧开无菌过滤器上侧面的螺
丝，打开供水龙头，直到流出的水中没有气泡（为了冲洗系统，可能需要几箱水来不断冲洗，水箱的
容量为 7 升）；
检查所有连接点是否泄漏；
纯水机正常运行。

NOTE!
在纯水机的初次安装后，或者更换过滤柱后，或者纯水机长时间的没有使用，为获取理想的水质都要进行上述
启动步骤。
