UV lamp replacement

Switch off the system using the MENU key and turn off the feed water supply.
• • • •
Disconnect the system from the power supply by unplugging power cord!
• • • •
Open the dispenser to dissipate the system pressure (Warning: water will come out!)
• • • •
Open the front panel.
• • • •
Remove the module(s).
• • • •
Remove the protective rubber cap from the UV housing and unplug the 4-pin plug from the UV lamp.
• • • •
Remove the rubber rings from the bracket and carefully pull the UV housing outwards.
• • • •
Unscrew the plastic caps from the top and the bottom of the UV housing.
• • • •
Remove the UV lamp from the bottom of the housing. Note location of o-rings.
• • • •
Carefully replace the UV lamp.

Place new O rings onto the UV housing and screw the caps onto the ends.
• • • •
Replace the UV housing into the bracket.
• • • •
Use the rubber rings to fix the UV housing to the bracket.
• • • •
Reconnect the 4-pin plug to the UV lamp.
• • • •
Replace the top protective rubber cap over the upper cap,
• • • •
Insert the module(s).
• • • •
Turn on the water supply, connect the system to the power supply and start the system using the MENU
key.

更换灯管前，要拔掉电源插头！
Do not allow any grease to get on to the glass. When inserting the lamp,
only touch it at the ends (wear gloves if necessary).
