Care and Maintenance

Care and Maintenance for the machine and drum.
If the drum is soiled or covered with water droplets, please clean it.
● Ingre dients in water and detergent may adhere to the surface of the drum and oxidize, causing
discoloration.
If this is a concern, wipe off with a special stainless-steel cleaner.
● If there is water droplets or dirt on the main machine or detergent or fabric softener accumulate on plastic
parts such as the door, or on metal parts, wipe it off with a soft cloth.
If left unattended, it may cause damage (such as peeling of the display), rusting or breakage.
● If the glass surface on the inside of the door becomes dirty, wipe it with a damp cloth.
● Do not use benzine, thinner, cleanser, alkaline detergent, mild alkaline detergent, wax, etc., or scrub with
a scrubber.
● Rust on the drum should be wiped off with a cleanser.
Do not use a metal scrubber.
● Stainless steel drums are rust resistant quality, but rust can occur in the following cases:
– Prolonged contact of hairpins or other objects with the drum, or the use of water contaminated with
iron dust or red rust.
– Leaving chlorine bleach, detergent or fabric softener in the drum for a long period of time.
● At the end of operation, water may drip from the water inlet into the water supply channel, wipe it off with
a soft cloth.
● If you are concerned about dirt and odor in the drum, operate the [Tub Wash] or [Hot Tub Wash]
(For model BD-D120XGV/BD-D100XGV) programs.
– If you want to operate [Hot Tub Wash] please download from the application to use.
● Wipe off drain around the door, around the bellow, on the back side, and inside the drum with a soft cloth
each time.
Drain may stick between the bellow and the door, causing water leakage or drain adhering to the
laundry.
– If drain still sticks to the laundry even after wiping it off, run the [Tub Wash (2 or 10 hours)] program.
● Depending on the environmental conditions, there may be condensation on the door and around the
door bellow, which can be wiped off if you are concerned.
● When cleaning the area around the door bellow, do not hang the cloth on the packing.
This may deform the door seals and cause water leakage.
