Meaning
• Goes ON at STOP state
• Goes ON at PAUSE state
• PAUSE state is entered if this relay is ON when the remote PAUSE
contact goes ON
• Comes ON when the device test mode is executed on GX

SD210 through SD213 after execution of END instruction for changed
