Useful skills

Various ways to achieve better results for your sewing projects are described below. Refer to these tips when sewing your project.
• The results depend on types of fabrics and stitches. Please use the same fabric as your project for testing and do a sewing test in advance.
• For the trial sewing, use a piece of fabric and thread that are same as those used for your project and check the thread tension and stitch length
and stitch width.
• Since the results differ depending on types of stitching and layers of fabric sewn, perform the trial sewing under the same conditions that will be
used with your project.
v Sewing thick fabrics
When sewing thick fabrics, the passage of fabrics under the presser foot can be improved by raising the two-step presser foot lever (22) further up.

at the end of a seam.
Press the reverse button and sew 4-5 stitches.
The device sews forward again after releasing the reverse sewing
button.
v Sewing curves
Change the sewing direction gradually if you want to sew around
a curve.
v Sewing curves with a zigzag stitch
When sewing along a curve while using a zigzag stitch, select a
shorter stitch length in order to obtain a finer stitch.
