BI Definition settings

The BIOs are corresponded with CHs using the setting [CH1-POS], but it is required to assign
the position of the binary-input circuits (BIs) on the BIO. After the assignment, the auxiliary
contacts (CB, DS) and the circuit-breaker failure trigger (CBF start) can enter at the BIs.
Figure 2.2-2 shows four definitions for CHs: BI1-2_CH*, BI3-4_CH*, BI5-6_CH*, and BI7-
9_CH*.
