Step5: Zero ampere settings [ZACbyCB_CH*]

Zero-ampere control is required at the Coupler and the Section during the CB being open. The
Zero-ampere control can be performed by the acquisition of CB contact states. In the example,
the CH2 to CH6 are assigned at the Coupler and the Section; therefore On is set for settings
[ZABbyCB_CH2] to [ZABbyCB_CH6]. The other CHs are left with default Off setting.
