Function
This system has the function of displaying images from the rear view camera on the monitor and dimming
q
illuminance of the monitor automatically when the clearance lamps are lit. It also provides the reverse-in-
terlock mode in which images of the camera are displayed only when the directional selector switch is set
to the REVERSE position and the ongoing operation mode in which images of the camera are constantly
displayed.
The monitor receives the signals from the illuminance adjustment switch and the reverse-interlock direc-

tional selector switch.
Operator is capable of adjusting the illuminance in seven steps both when the clearance lamp is turned
off and on.
And the reverse-interlock directional selector switch allows switching between the "reverse-interlock
mode" and "ongoing operation mode."
Camera images are output in the NTSC format. The camera is equipped with the function for automatically

adjusting the light intensity and white balance.
