When an error occurs, the LEDs on the front of the CPU module turns on/flashes. (

Clearing errors

Continuation errors can be cleared. The High-speed Universal model QCPU and Universal model Process CPU can
clear those errors by types.
A continuation error has
occurred.
BATTERY ERROR
OPERATION ERROR
PRG. TIME OVER
(1) Errors that can be cleared
The following errors can be cleared.
• SP.UNIT DOWN
• FLASH ROM ERROR
• ICM.OPE.ERROR
• SNTP OPE.ERROR
• F*** (Annunciator)
• SINGLE PS.ERROR
• PID ERROR
(2) Clearing method
Errors are cleared in two ways.
• Using a programming tool
• Using the special relay (SM) and special register (SD)
