8. When all settings are completed, select Accept, and then press the <Enter> key.
9. Press the <Esc> key, and select Yes for the confirmation message "Save Configuration?"
The configuration is saved.
10. Press the <Esc> key to return to the TOP menu screen.
11. On the TOP menu, select Objects, Virtual Drive, and then View/Update Parameters to check the
specified virtual drive information.
12. Press the <Esc> key to return to the TOP menu screen, and then select Initialize.
13. On the Virtual Drives screen, move the cursor to the virtual drive to be initialized, and then press the
<Space> key.
The virtual drive is selected.
14. Press the <F10> key.
15. Select Yes to start initialization.
When the progress bar on the Init Of VD Is In Progress screen indicates 100%, initialization is
completed. Press the <Esc> key to return to the TOP menu.
16. For RAID1, check the consistency on the virtual drive that has been initialized.
See Chapter 2 (5.3.4 Check Consistency) for details.
17. Press the <Esc> key to return to the TOP menu and exit LSI Software RAID Configuration Utility.
