Over-the-Air Stun and Revive
Definition:
The FleetSync radios use the reserved Special Status to Disable/Enable a radio in a fleet
over the air.

Usage:
If a radio in your fleet has been lost or stolen, it can be disabled over the air to prevent
illegal usage of your system.
Application
A correction officer's portable radio is stolen by inmates the dispatcher sends Status
No. 91, "Stun"(i.e., no TX/no RX), to disable the unit.
After recovery, the dispatcher again enables the portable radio by sending Status
No. 92, "Turn Stun Off". See Figure 8
