Are there cross connections in
interconnection cables?
Check the product codes. Is there a
pairing problem?
Check the terminal connections and
the suitability of electrical installation.
Are there any loose connections, loose
contacts, etc?
Disconnect all connection cables going
from the indoor unit terminal to the
outdoor unit and short-circuit the clips
no. 2 and 5 with an appropriate cable.
Press the force start button to give
energy. At the end of the test, if the
board is malfunctioned, it will give an
error code; if it is okay, it will give 00.
Replace the outdoor unit control board.
