Error Code
Compressor could not take off error
Outdoor unit gives ER 11 error after
operating (the error is given when the
compressor cannot take off)
Measure the network voltage, is it
below 160V?
Compressor stays at the high pressure
when the 3sec protection, used for
gas balancing, is cancelled during
mode switches and thermo on/off.
Therefore, you must wait for min. 3 min
during switches. After waiting, does the
compressor take off?
Check if the gas valve is closed, the
suitability of gas values, if there is any
blocking, leakage in the system. Is
there any unsuitability?
Check the suitability of compressor
cable connections. Is there a faulty
connection or interruption?
Measure the compressor coil
values. Compare the values with the
compressor coil resistance table in the
manual. Are all controls appropriate?
Replace the outdoor unit control board.
