3. Remove the equipotential bonding cable
Note: The cable for equipotential bonding

4. Check the flat seal
Replace the flat seal if it is damaged or porous.
5. Swivel the analyzer module forward and insert it into the wall housing
6. Secure the analyzer module
– Use eight screws on the base of the housing
– Use two screws on the rear panel with a torque of 2.5 Nm.
7. Connect the gas lines, see section "Device with one ULTRAMAT 7 analyzer module, high-
temperature version (Page 103)".

Procedure
1. When an option module OM 2.1 or OM 2.2 is installed:
Connect the option module to the interface
(AM-FBG) using the existing 26-pin ribbon cable.
2. Connect the processing unit (PU) to the CAN interface
circuit board (AM-FBG) using the existing 12-pin ribbon cable.
3. Ensure that power is provided to the analyzer module printed circuit board from the power
supply unit
4. Connect the gas connections, see OXYMAT 7 (Page 95).
